Su Tan

Su Tan has extensive experience in ethics, commercial procurement, and recruitment, primarily at BHP since May 2010, where roles have included Lead Ethics Support Service and Principal Ethics within Ethics & Investigations. In a secondment, Su designed and implemented a helpline and trauma-informed care process for individuals affected by sexual assault and harassment. As Principal Commercial, responsibilities involved managing contracts for the deployment of BHP’s Autonomous Haulage program, alongside high-value negotiations and sourcing strategies across various technical services. Prior to BHP, Su worked at Michael Page Australia as a Recruitment Consultant, successfully recruiting accounting professionals and developing strong client relationships. Su holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Criminology from Murdoch University.
