Sylvia Rysavy

Sylvia Rysavy has extensive experience in the field of maintenance and process management, currently serving as the MECoE Principal Process and Systems at BHP since October 2012. In this role, Sylvia focuses on enhancing global process efficiency and effectiveness in maintenance and engineering work, driving initiatives that improve safety, capability, and efficiency in maintenance functions. Previous positions at BHP include MECoE Asset Management Planner and MCoE Specialist Capability, where responsibilities involved asset management planning and integrated planning for infrastructure. Prior to BHP, Sylvia worked at ME Bank as a Home Loan Consultant and at Commonwealth Bank as a Financial Services Representative, contributing to a diverse background in financial and asset management.
