Thomas Stanzeleit

Thomas Stanzeleit is currently the Principal of Employee Relations at BHP. A recent alumnus of the Edwards School of Business, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Human Resources. Their career began at Safeway Canada, where they honed customer service skills, and they continued to build experience in various roles, including as a Junior Business Analyst and a Labour Relations Analyst at Federated Co-operatives Limited. Thomas has a notable history in extracurricular activities, having secured first place with their team in the Human Resources Case Competition at Edwards JDC West. In addition, they are an accomplished referee for the Canadian Lacrosse Association, working towards an International Designation in the sport.
