Tim Neale is an accomplished mining professional with extensive experience in mine services engineering and scheduling. Currently serving as the Superintendent of Mine Services Engineering at BHP since January 2019, Tim's responsibilities include managing underground diamond drilling contracts and infrastructure support, as well as overseeing safety store management. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at OZ Minerals from March 2011 to January 2019, including Superintendent Short Term Scheduling and Mine Engineer - Planning, where Tim was responsible for operational forecasting and life of mine plan execution. Tim began their career as a Mine Geologist and progressed through multiple roles focused on geological services and emergency response. Tim holds a Master's degree in Mining Engineering from UNSW, a Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from the University of Adelaide, and an MBA from the University of South Australia, alongside several industry certifications.
