Tish Cottle

Tish Cottle has a diverse and extensive background in human resources and employee experience, currently serving as Principal HR Projects Management at BHP since October 2024. Prior to this role, Tish held several positions at Brisbane Airport Corporation, including BNE Employee Experience Manager, and accumulated significant experience at Bolton Clarke as Acting Head of Employee Experience & Talent and Group Manager, Employee Experience. Tish's prior experience includes roles at UnitingCare Queensland as an Organisational Development Specialist and various HR positions at Virgin Australia, where responsibilities ranged from People Service Delivery to HR Governance. Education was completed at Griffith University and Norfolk Island Central School from 1995 to 2006.
