Todd Hews is currently an HSE Manager at Fremantle Commercial Diving, leveraging extensive experience in leadership roles across the public and private sectors. Previously, Todd served as Principal A&I Security & Emergency Management for BHP Billiton, overseeing security and emergency management operations for port, rail, and mine activities. With a background that includes roles as a Watch Commander for the British Fire Service and an Emergency Management Officer at Rio Tinto, Todd excels in managing large teams and implementing strategic improvements. Todd is also pursuing degrees in Security Risk Management and Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management at Swinburne University of Technology.
