Tyrel McDonell is a highly motivated and self-confident professional specializing in Maintenance Readiness and Materials Management in large-scale mining operations. With extensive experience as a Maintenance Planner, Mine Maintenance Supervisor, and Industrial Mechanic, Tyrel effectively manages assets, schedules work, and mentors others in safety practices. Currently serving as the Principal Maintenance Readiness in Materials Management at BHP, Tyrel continues to apply their well-developed skills in budgeting and project planning to enhance operational efficiency.
