Wonai Mafuma

Wonai Mafuma is a Supervising Geologist at BHP, where they oversee geological operations. Previously, they worked with BHPBilliton Iron Ore as a Project Geologist and held various roles at Lonmin Plc and Norilsk Nickel focused on exploration geology. Wonai began their career as a Graduate Geologist with AngloGold Ashanti and has gained extensive experience in mineral exploration and production. They hold a BSc in Geology & Geography and an MSc in Exploration Geology from the University of Zimbabwe and Rhodes University, respectively, along with an MBA in Mineral Economics from Curtin University.
