Anthony Sciuto has extensive experience in corporate law and governance, serving as a Solicitor at King & Wood Mallesons from February 2010 to April 2015, where expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private treaty transactions, and corporate governance was developed. Subsequently, Anthony Sciuto held various roles at BHP, including Legal Counsel (Corporate) and Managing Counsel (Corporate), overseeing governance and committee functions, as well as leading external affairs projects. In addition to corporate roles, Anthony Sciuto volunteered as Company Secretary and Assistant Company Secretary for ShareGift Australia from June 2019 to January 2024.
