BHRC is an organization that provides consulting services in various areas within the field of human resource management, research and social monitoring observatory.
Its purpose is to diversify services in the field of applied psychology (clinical, legal, social, organizational and socio-political areas), as well as promoting the relevance of the need for social research and educational purposes responsibility towards generating awareness and change rootedness that affect behavioral and cultural, civic, political, medium and long-term transformation. Its corporative values and missions derives from the awareness of a state of  emergency is perceived in Colombia.
