Daniel Zeiler

Daniel Zeiler is an experienced professional in the recycling industry, currently serving as Vice President of the BU Recycling at BHS-Sonthofen GmbH since September 2022. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of Vice President of Sales at Herbold Meckesheim GmbH from September 2017 to August 2022, leading global sales and marketing for a market-leading plastic recycling equipment supplier. Daniel's career also includes a significant tenure at Metso from 2005 to August 2017 as Vice President of Technology & Capital Business, where responsibilities encompassed general management, product management, and the development of recycling technologies. Earlier experiences include working as a sales engineer at Herhof GmbH, focusing on turn-key municipal solid waste processing plants. Daniel holds a Dipl.Ing. in Recycling from RWTH Aachen University and has completed programs at IMD, the Center for Creative Leadership in Brussels, Camborne School of Mines, Delft University of Technology, and the University of Helsinki.
