Arthur Souza is a dedicated IT professional with experience in support roles. From March 2024 to November 2024, Arthur worked as an intern in the IT support area at Rede Verbita de Educação, where responsibilities included tracking and resolving user support requests and assisting in system maintenance. Following this, Arthur served as an IT Assistant, providing technical support for hardware and software issues. Currently, since August 2025, Arthur is employed as a Helpdesk technician at BHS, managing technical support requests, prioritizing issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and onboarding new employees. Arthur holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais, completed between 2021 and 2025.
