Nadeem Shaikh

Nadeem Shaikh is an accomplished professional in system and software engineering, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at Behr-Hella Thermocontrol since April 2009, after progressing through roles as Manager and Senior Manager in Embedded Software. Nadeem manages a team of 65 colleagues and has significant experience in various technical positions, including software project lead and AUTOSAR integrator. Prior to joining BHTC, Nadeem worked as an Embedded Software Engineer at Lear Corporation and held design and software engineering roles at Picks Bio Medical Pvt Ltd and Rishabh Instruments Limited. Nadeem's educational background includes an Executive MBA from the Indo-German Training Centre, software development programming from AET College in India, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Kavayitri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University.
