Parul Gupta

Parul Gupta is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing compensation and benefits, as well as HR processes on a global scale. Currently serving as Head of Global C&B at Behr-Hella Thermocontrol (BHTC), Parul previously held significant roles at Herman Miller as HR Manager for India, Southeast Asia, and Australia, and at Bosch India as Manager HR, overseeing project management in transformation and shared service setups. Earlier career experiences include positions at Geometric Ltd. as Assistant Manager HR and Maharashtra Natural Gas Limited as HR Officer. Parul holds a PGDM in Human Resource from Sri Balaji University, Pune, and has further enriched knowledge through education at the Indian School of Business.
