•	Design a complex system
•	Remove waste from a process

•	Build an effective team.

How We Do It

BHW offers much more than just training courses. We employ a range of approaches to help our clients gain the know-how they desire, ranging from facilitating project-based workshops to individual coaching and mentoring.

We always like to work closely with our clients to determine the combination of approaches most suited to their needs.

Our Clients

Our clients range from large multi-nationals like BAE Systems, Babcock International, Johnson Matthey and Rolls-Royce, through to public sector organisations such as Companies House, The Office for National Statistics and local councils in Aberdeenshire, Stirling and Fife to name but a few. We also work with companies with a few hundred staff like Lisi-aerospace, NSC and Sentinel Product Solutions.

Our expertise in Systems Engineering and Lifecycle Management is also recognised by the academic community and we provide undergraduate and postgraduate modules for Lancaster University, Loughborough University, University College London and Portsmouth University.
