Daniel Hooven

Daniel Hooven serves as the Director of Eastern Regional Sales at BI Incorporated since 2016, overseeing electronic monitoring sales activities in the Eastern United States. Previous roles include Client Relations Manager at Abraxas Youth & Family Services from 2013 to 2016, where responsibilities involved marketing, business development, and stakeholder engagement. From 2012 to 2013, Daniel worked as a Strategic Operations Consultant at Meridian Behavioral Health Systems, focusing on market opportunities and operational launch. Prior experience includes Managing Partner at Southeastern Behavioral Health LLC, Vice President of National Referral System at New Hope Treatment Centers, and various marketing and business development roles at Cornell Companies and The Abraxas Foundation. Daniel holds a Master’s degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree from Nyack College.
