Mithra Pendyala possesses extensive experience in bench sales recruitment, currently serving at BI Labs Inc since February 2023 and previously at Trisync Technologies Inc from February 2022 to January 2023. Mithra holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Kakatiya University and has also completed an MBA in Human Resources Management from Jobs in Warangal. In addition, Mithra earned a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Vaagdevi College of Engineering.
