Stephen Luckie

Stephen Luckie has been in the field of business intelligence since 2021, when they began working as a Business Intelligence Developer for BI Solutions, Inc. Prior to this, they were the Program Analysis Section Chief at the PA DHS Office of Developmental Programs from 2019 to 2021. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Contract Monitor at the PA Dept of Human Services Office of Medical Assistance Programs. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Central Eligibility Unit Supervisor at the PA Insurance Department, where they worked with CHIP contractors, clients, third parties, and PA Insurance Department employees to ensure quality and accuracy for the CHIP program, trained new employees on CHIP and medicaid policies, procedures, and eligibility requirements, and completed regular employee work reviews and performance reviews. From 2011 to 2013, they were a County Assistance Office Caseworker at the PA Department of Human Services, where they reviewed applications/renewals for Medical Assistance, SNAP, and other DHS (formerly DPW) administered benefits, used web-based computer systems to enter data and determine eligibility according to policy, and worked with overpayment recovery system, the appeals process, and the Office of Inspector General. Prior to this, they were an Enrichment Specialist at Messiah Lifeways from 2009 to 2011, where they planned and lead programs and activities for the residents of the Special Care dementia unit, participated in Care Plan meetings with resident family members and other staff, and tracked resident participation for each activity.

Stephen Luckie's education history includes an Associate's degree in Business Intelligence Application Development from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, which they obtained between 2019 and 2021. Stephen also holds a Bachelor's degree from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the same institution.
