Stuart Day has had a long and varied career in the military and business. Stuart began their career in 1997 as a Supply Corps Officer in the U.S. Navy. In 2009, they became a Weapon Systems Officer at NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support. In 2012, they moved on to become a J4 Planner at U.S. European Command. In 2014, they became a Supply Officer at USS IWO JIMA (LHD 7). In 2017, they were promoted to Executive Officer at Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville. In 2018, they became NAVSEA Chief Logistician at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Finally, in 2022, they were appointed Director of Business Development at BI Solutions, Inc., where they also serve as Program Manager.
Stuart Day obtained a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech in 1997. Stuart then obtained a Master of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School in 2007, with a focus in Supply Chain Management. In 2018, they obtained an Executive MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. In 2021, they obtained the LOGTECH Advanced Program certification from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. In 2015, they obtained the Life Cycle Level III certification from the Defense Acquisition University. In 2010, they obtained the Acquisition Professional Community certification from the United States Department of Defense.
