Christopher Miller

Christopher Miller is a seasoned software development professional with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Software Development Manager and previously as a Programmer Analyst III at Bi-State Development since October 2010, Christopher is responsible for new application development and the maintenance of existing system modifications, utilizing team foundation server for source code control. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Application Developer and Programmer at WellPoint from 1999 to 2010, where Christopher engaged with both technical and business staff to resolve issues while also mentoring team members and training off-shore support. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Western Illinois University and an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems from Southwestern Illinois College.
