Gianluca Moretti

Gianluca Moretti is an experienced retail management professional with a strong background in optimizing store performance and sales strategies. Currently serving as District Manager for Bialetti since March 2015, Gianluca has successfully overseen the startup of key retail locations, managed staff training, and executed strategies that focus on customer satisfaction and high-volume sales, particularly in diplomatic and government sectors. Previous experience includes roles as Outlet Manager at Grotto Spa, where Gianluca enhanced commercial strategies and inventory management, as well as Senior Store Manager positions at VF Corporation and Levi Strauss & Co., overseeing day-to-day operations and team management. Gianluca began a career in retail at Blockbuster Italia, where responsibilities included comprehensive store management and meeting corporate targets.
