Claudio Berstein

Claudio Berstein is an experienced professional with a robust background in engineering and technical support, currently serving as Design Tools Architect and Application Engineer Lead at Biamp since March 2007. Responsibilities include the development and maintenance of web tools for automating AV system design, as well as ensuring exceptional customer experiences through high-level technical support, complex problem resolution, and technical training. Prior to Biamp, Claudio worked at Shure Incorporated for six years as a Product Specialist and Application Engineer, focusing on developing business cases for DSP products and providing technical support and training, particularly in the Latin American market. Claudio holds bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering from Universidad José María Vargas and Audio Engineering from Taller de Arte Sonoro.
