Kiley Henner

Kiley Henner has a work experience in the fields of customer experience, application engineering, training management, and technical support engineering. Kiley worked at Biamp Systems from 2001 to present, starting as an Application Engineer and transitioning to the role of Application Engineering and Training Manager in 2005. In 2013, they were promoted to the position of Senior Director of Customer Experience. Prior to their time at Biamp Systems, they worked at TOA Electronics, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer from 1999 to 2001.

Kiley Henner holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Sonoma State University. In addition, Kiley has obtained a certification in Project Management Communication and Teamwork from Portland State University's Center for Executive and Professional Education (CEPE) in February 2018.
