Matt Herbert

Matt Herbert is the Lead Technical Delivery Manager at Biarri, where they coordinate project teams to ensure on-time software delivery and mentor team members. They relocated to the United States in 2016 to establish Biarri Rail's first North American office, leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex optimization software. Previously, Matt held various roles at Biarri and Navis, including Senior Optimisation Consultant and Project Manager, where they cultivated strong client relationships and provided strategic direction based on market knowledge. Matt holds a First Class Honours degree from The University of Queensland. Outside of work, they enjoy studying chess and managing Dungeons & Dragons groups.
