Stuart Pilgrim

Stuart Pilgrim has been with Bibby Distribution since December 2005, initially serving as Depot Manager for the Unipart Rail contract and currently holding the position of Transport Operations Manager since December 2008. In this role, Stuart is responsible for strategic planning utilizing the in-house Transport Management System, conducting driver de-briefs and pre-briefs, and performing subcontractor reviews to optimize costs and enhance relationships. Additional responsibilities include providing supervisory support to transport planners, conducting tachograph analysis to ensure compliance with working time directives and drivers' hours legislation, administering audits, and fulfilling general office duties. Academic background includes completion of education at Winterton Comprehensive School.
