Aaron Pappa

Aaron Pappa is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior IT Manager at biBerk Business Insurance since April 2017, Aaron oversees various IT projects and initiatives. Previously, Aaron held several leadership roles at EDM Americas from July 1998 to April 2017, culminating in the position of Senior Director of IT Infrastructure, where responsibilities included managing computer networks, information security, and disaster recovery functions. Aaron's earlier roles at EDM Americas encompassed responsibilities as Director of Network Operations and Infrastructure and Director of Network Design and Security, leading IT infrastructure teams and ensuring system security. Aaron began the career as a Power User, advancing to network administration within a year. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Scranton.
