Jon McCormick has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and customer service sectors. At biBerk Business Insurance, Jon served as Director of Customer Experience and Director of Partner Channels. Previous roles include Director of Client Services at West Corporation, where Jon managed delivery functions and collaborated on Interactive Voice Response applications, and General Manager at AtoZdatabases, overseeing marketing, product, and sales activities. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Banking, and Portfolio Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
