Mark Lipton, JD, AIC, AINS, currently serves as a Senior Complex Claims Representative at biBerk Business Insurance, specializing in high-value miscellaneous professional liability claims across the United States. With extensive experience in handling errors and omissions claims and drafting coverage analysis letters, Mark previously worked at IBM, Oracle, and Thomson Reuters as a Software Sales Representative, where negotiation and sales of legal software were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Mark gained valuable litigation experience as an Associate Attorney at Lustig & Brown and Newman Fitch Lane Altheim Myers, P.C., managing general liability cases and negotiating settlements. As the founder of a private negligence law practice, Mark successfully built a substantial client base and generated significant revenue by specializing in various legal claims.
