Nyssa Oru

Nyssa Oru is an accomplished artist with extensive experience in illustration and graphic design. Currently serving as an artist at The Bible Project since April 2017, Nyssa focuses on production illustration, concept development, mixed media graphics, and set dressing. Additional work includes creating 2D animation assets and VR development images as a contract illustrator. Past experience includes a role as a background painter for DreamWorks on the TrollsTopia TV show, serving as a comic colorist for the Wild Weather graphic novel at First Second, and various customer service positions. Nyssa received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from the Pacific Northwest College of Art and holds a program certificate in Painting and Sculpture from the California State Summer School of the Arts.
