Joel Cable

Joel Cable is an accomplished application developer with extensive experience in web development and programming. Currently self-employed since September 2018, Joel also serves as a Senior .Net Developer at Bibliotheca since November 2021. Previously, Joel worked as a Web Developer for Mackin Educational Resources from January 2012 to January 2018, focusing on ASP.NET, JavaScript, and AngularJS. Additionally, Joel held various development roles at the Carlson School of Management from December 1995 to November 2011, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining web solutions and leading the development of a web-based course materials delivery system that achieved an outstanding faculty participation rate. Joel holds multiple Bachelor's degrees in Linguistics from the University of Minnesota, with studies completed between 1988 and 2007.
