Aileen Tapia

Aileen Tapia is a Quality Engineer at BIC, having joined the company in June 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Quality Process Lead at Mondelēz International from January 2019 to June 2022, where Aileen also held the roles of Líder de Excelencia en Manufactura and Continuous Improvement Intern, focusing on Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Aileen's experience extends to PepsiCo, where involvement as a Becario in 2018 included leading Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen projects. In 2018, Aileen represented SEBIOTEC in the State of Mexico, coordinating entrepreneurship activities in biotechnology. Earlier, Aileen interned at PwC, assisting in translating training materials. Aileen holds a degree in Biotechnology Engineering with a concentration in Bioprocesses from Tecnológico de Monterrey, earned between 2015 and 2019.
