Beata Oltuszyk

Beata Oltuszyk is an experienced Supply Chain Leader with a strong result-oriented approach. They have held various significant roles, including Operations Planning Director at Procter & Gamble and Global Supply Planning Director at Levi Strauss & Co., where they managed teams and implemented process improvements to enhance efficiency. Most recently, they serve as S&OP and Demand Planning Director at Wella Company, leading teams across product categories and significantly reducing forecast bias. Beata earned a master's degree in Finance & Banking, Management & Marketing from the Warsaw School of Economics and studied Betriebswirtschaftslehre at the University of Duisburg-Essen.
