Lea Sayegh

Lea Sayegh is an accomplished Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at BIC, with experience leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners across Europe since September 2020. In this role, Lea collaborates with business leaders and HR leaders to anticipate recruitment needs and manage senior recruitments end-to-end. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at BIC, overseeing similar responsibilities and team management, and working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Groupe GR, where recruitment of international profiles was key. Additional roles include Recruitment Assistant at the Special Tribunal for Lebanon and HR Junior Consultant at Morgan Philips Group.
