Luis Rico

Luis Rico is an accomplished professional in supply chain management and project leadership, currently serving as the Global Supply Chain Portfolio Director at BIC since July 2022. With extensive experience at SC Johnson from September 2015 to July 2022, Luis held key roles including Global Portfolio Manager for the Pest Control Business and New Product Development Global Project Manager, where significant achievements included the largest harmonization program in the company’s history and the implementation of a new Product Development Process. Prior experience at Procter & Gamble spanned over a decade, featuring leadership in various projects across Latin America, including a vast innovation portfolio for feminine care products and optimization initiatives in a joint venture with TEVA. Luis began their career as a Regional Sales Manager at Corporación Venequim, where expertise in managing a US$20 million portfolio resulted in substantial sales growth. Luis holds a Master in Product Design and Development from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar.
