Lyla Chamness

Lyla Chamness is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as a Supply Chain Manager at BIC since November 2021. In this role, Lyla delivers data visibility to Executive Leadership and drives data analysis and process improvement initiatives for North America Customer Excellence, while managing improvement projects related to OTIF, shipment visibility, and report automation. Prior to BIC, Lyla held positions at The Legacy Companies as Director of Demand Planning & Sales Administration and Demand Planning Manager, overseeing monthly demand planning processes and implementing forecasting activities. Previous experience also includes roles at Anthropologie, where Lyla managed visual merchandising and led a team of direct reports. Lyla holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
