Maria Mitzelou

Customer Service Manager

Maria Mitzelou has been with BIC since July 2010, initially serving as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where responsibilities included conducting measurements of mechanical properties, dimensional measurements of plastic components, and artificial weathering tests in accordance with ISO standards. In January 2016, Maria advanced to the role of Customer Service Manager while also holding positions as a Product Materials Engineer and Junior Product Materials Engineer. Maria earned a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science from the University of Patras (2003-2009) and a Master's degree in Project Management and Product Development from the University of Piraeus (2014-2016).
