Marta Heras has extensive experience in customer service and supply chain management, currently serving as the Area Customer Service Manager for Western Europe at BIC since March 2001. Marta's career at BIC also includes roles as Supply Chain Manager and Finance Manager for Spain and Portugal, demonstrating a strong background in both operational and financial management. Prior to BIC, Marta worked at PortAventura World in management control and at KPMG as an auditor. Marta holds a Curso Superior de Logística Integral from ICIL and a Basics of Supply Chain Management Certification from APICS, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Financial Management and a degree in Economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
