Michael Fitzgerald

Michael FitzGerald, MBA, currently serves as Associate Manager of Total Rewards for NAM Benefits & Compensation at BIC, holding various roles within the company since June 2021, including Associate Manager for HR Business Partner & NAM Benefits and HR Total Rewards Intern. Prior to BIC, Michael gained experience as a Human Resources Intern at The Edge Fitness Clubs LLC from August 2019 to November 2019. Michael earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Human Resources Management from Fairfield University in December 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, specializing in Human Resources, from the same institution, completed in 2021.
