Previously, Richard held the role of Director, Finance - Integration at Campbell Soup Company, focusing on integration leadership for a significant acquisition, and directed various finance functions, including global supply chain finance and sales finance, over a span of 12 years with the company. Prior to Campbell, Richard managed operations at Solutia, Inc. and served as a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Monsanto. Richard holds a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Manchester and an MBA from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
