Roland Navratil

Roland Navratil has extensive experience in supply chain management and logistics, currently serving as the Director of Supply and Deliver Europe at BIC since September 2006. In this role, Roland oversees European planning, customer service, logistics, and co-packing operations, managing teams across 10 countries. Previous positions at BIC include Head of Logistic Operations Europe, where responsibilities included leading logistics across the EU, and Site Manager of Europe Co-packing & Eastern Distribution Center, managing significant budgets and teams. Prior to BIC, Roland worked at PSA Peugeot Citroën as an Internal Logistics Coordinator, contributing to the implementation of internal material flows at new sites. Roland holds an Engineer's degree from the University of Zilina, with a focus on transport and communications.
