Sofiane Gordah

Sofiane Gordah is a transformational General Manager currently leading BIC West and Central Africa, overseeing operations in 22 countries with a team of over 40 professionals. Previously, Sofiane served as General Manager at Henkel and was instrumental in achieving double-digit growth while also mentoring high-potential employees across Europe and the MEA regions. With extensive experience in driving market leadership and innovation in the FMCG sector, Sofiane has successfully transformed several businesses, including the Coca-Cola franchise in Algeria and launching hydroponic agriculture projects in Côte d’Ivoire. Sofiane holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Ottawa.
