Steve Filanowski

Steve Filanowski currently serves as the Director of Co-Packing Operations for North America at BIC since January 2023. Prior to this role, Steve was the Manager of Packaging Innovation and Development at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from August 2021 to January 2023. Steve's extensive experience at BIC includes positions as Packaging Production Manager, Packaging Production Supervisor, and Packaging Engineer, spanning over a decade from 2009 to 2021. Steve began the professional journey in packaging with multiple internships at BIC and American Recycling and Manufacturing between 2007 and 2009. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earned in 2009.
