William Sousa

William Sousa is an experienced project coordinator and engineer with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Project Coordinator for the Lighters and Stationery Divisions at BIC since 2016, William has successfully managed the Evolution Project, overseeing a complete rebuild of assembly, packing, and warehouse sites involving eight construction companies and 200 employees. Prior experience includes a role in project management at Siemens, where William was responsible for the localization startup of S6 Sirius Contactors, focusing on cost reduction and automation solutions. William began a career as a Process Engineer at AVX, where responsibilities included balancing lines and revising work instructions. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Industrial Management from The University of Manchester, a Project Management degree from FGV, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Amazonas.
