Xavier GRIFFON has a strong background in engineering and project management, currently serving as Responsable maintenance and Chef de projet at BIC since June 2015, focusing on continuous improvement of mass production machinery and ensuring compliance with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. Previously, from September 2012 to May 2015, Xavier held the position of Ingénieur validation at GIMA - Transmission Technology, where responsibility included product validation for agricultural transmissions through mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic testing. In 2012, Xavier interned as an Ingénieur Innovation at MGI Coutier, working on an innovative hinge design for utility vehicles. Xavier holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC).
