Andreas Glänfält is an accomplished IT leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and technology management. Currently serving as Head of Global IT at BICO since March 2025, Andreas previously held significant roles at Elos Medtech, including Chief Digital Officer and Chief Information Officer from August 2022 to April 2025. Prior to that, Andreas was the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Digital Officer at Qmatic from October 2018 to July 2022, overseeing Digital Services and R&D. Additional experience includes positions as Global IT & Security Director at The Swedish Exhibition and Congress Center and various leadership roles at Gothia Towers and Svenska Mässan AO Arena. Andreas began the career as an IT Tech at SKIDATA AG from June 2007 to January 2012 and has a foundational education from Centralskolan Kil.
