Lars Ketilsson

Lars Ketilsson is an experienced professional in quality assurance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Head of Global QA/RA at BICO since November 2024. Previously, Lars held the position of Head of Quality at Vitrolife Sweden AB from January 2019 to May 2025 and served as Quality Director, QP at Fertin Pharma A/S from September 2016 to May 2025, where major achievements included significant reductions in delivery incidents and a shift towards a process-oriented quality focus. Lars's earlier roles at Fertin Pharma included QA Senior Manager and QA Manager, with a strong emphasis on risk management, visible quality, and implementing LEAN methodologies to enhance department efficiency. Lars began the career as a QA Specialist at Fertin and as a QA Chemist at Novo Nordisk, following a solid educational background culminating in a Sergeant degree from Den Kongelige Livgarde.
