Lisa Strand

Lisa Strand is currently the Head of Group Accounting and Financial Control at BICO, a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served as Director of Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting at Polestar from 2020 to 2024. Lisa gained extensive experience at Volvo Cars from 2017 to 2019 in various accounting governance positions, including Expert Accounting Governance and Director - Head of Accounting Governance. They began their career as a Bank Teller at SEB in 2010 and later worked as a Senior Associate in Audit at Deloitte from 2012 to 2015. Lisa earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Handelshögskolan Göteborg (2009-2011) and studied Public Administration at Förvaltningshögskolan vid Göteborgs Universitet (2006-2007).
