Andy Peeters has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Andy started their career in 2003 as a Solution Support Engineer at HP and later became a Mission Critical Engineer, providing proactive and reactive services to various customers. In 2007, they joined HP/Mission Critical Services BVBA as a Microsoft Mission Critical Engineer, assisting contract customers with Microsoft, storage, and HP-related issues. From 2009 to 2014, Andy worked at BNP Paribas Investment Partners as an ICT Architect and Project Manager, where they designed ICT solutions for multiple projects and upgraded the Exchange platform. In 2014, they joined Belgacom as a Storage Architect and Technical Project Manager, where they documented and optimized operational procedures and managed online hardware migration. Finally, Andy joined BICS in 2015, where they held various roles including Lead ICT Infrastructure Architect, Program Manager, and Strategic Portfolio Manager, focusing on fraud prevention and security and managing the program portfolio.

Andy Peeters completed their education at Firebrand Apprenticeships in 2019, where they obtained the Prince 2 Foundation & Practitioner degree in Project Management. Prior to that, they attended KTA II Genk from 1994 to 1998 and obtained an A2 degree in Accountancy / Informatics. Additionally, Andy Peeters has acquired several certifications, including Prince 2 Practitioner and Prince 2 Foundation from PeopleCert in May 2019, VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization in December 2013, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) in 2003, and Cisco Certified Network Associate in 2002.
