Bea Doumen

Bea Doumen has over 30 years of experience in various human resources roles. Bea began their career as an HR Officer at La Paz Cigars in 1988 and then moved on to become a Staff Development Manager at Campbell Soup Company in 1989. In 1995, Bea joined Belgacom as a Compensation and Benefits Manager, where they stayed for 12 years. In 2007, they transitioned to BICS and took on the role of International Human Resources Manager. Currently, Bea holds the position of Head of Human Capital and Recruitment at BICS, a role they have been in since July 2021.

Bea Doumen studied at the Antwerp Management School from 1993 to 1994. During this period, they focused on Human Resources Management. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1987, they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
