Ben started their career at Horizon Systems in 2001 as a Junior Analyst-Programmer, where they worked until 2002. In 2002, they joined The Belgian Post Group as an Associate Software Engineer and stayed there until 2006. From 2006 to 2008, Ben worked at Alti as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2008, they moved to Smals and worked as a J2EE Software Engineer. In 2009, they joined Belgacom International Carrier Services as a Software Engineer. In 2013, Ben joined ELECTRABEL - GDF SUEZ GROUP as a Software Engineer, where they stayed until 2014.
